FightBah is currently in Ks House Mt Fuji Backpackers visiting Mount Fuji soon!

Just 2 days ago we had the privilege to train at Tri-Force BJJ Academy Shinjuku, Tokyo.

FightBah going to Japan.

FightBah will be on hiatus as we head to the land of the rising sun.

We are not sure if we will be able to update as often as we like when in Japan, but will try to drop in a post or two if we can.

The actual fight video between Azrin & Hay at MFC4. No wonder why it deserved to be "Fight of The Night", it was a total WAR!!! RESPECT to both fighters!

Muaythai Fit Warrior KK & Labuan this weekend at Kompleks Asia City, KK!!!

This weekend on the 17th -18th March will be the Muaythai Fit Warrior event hosted by Persatuan Muaythai Negeri Sabah at Kompleks Asia City from 9am onwards till evening.

Miri to host 22nd National Karate Meet!

News from Borneo Post:

MIRI: Sarawak has been given the honour to host the 22nd Malaysian Karate Federation (Makaf) Cadet and Junior National Karate Championship with Miri Stadium here chosen as the competition venue.
“This is the first time that the state got chosen to host the National karate meet. The Sarawak Karate Association (Saka) will be working closely together with Sarawak State Sports Council (MSNS) to organise the championship from March 17to 18 in Miri.

We went around to gather a few info on the latest MFC 4 event to check on our Borneo fighter Azrin "The Kid" Kadri.

Tomoi Movie: Bunohan

A new Malaysian made movie called Bunohan is out for fans of Tomoi/ Muaythai kickboxing!

FightBah caught up with Mr. Adrian Tham who recently won his MMA debut via Triangle choke against his opponent on the 1st round at the F3 fight at Stadium Titiwangsa, KL.

MFC 4 (Malaysian Fighting Championship 4) will be held this March 10th at Overtime, Riverside, 3rd Mile, Jalan Ipoh KL. This MMA event is scheduled to start at 8:00pm & it is organised by MuayFit Gym.
