BJJ submission chart online for easy learning.

Mr. PJ Smith at BJJ Borneo facebook was sharing this awesome website.

The site is called: bjjnmma.com

What makes this site so cool is that it has a submission link that maps out all the possible chokes, cranks, twist & etc from the position you are at (either top position or bottom or side control).

An example is the picture below.

Noticed on the right we selected "full mount". This will pop up a list of possible submission moves possible from that position on the human dummy (notice the "guillotine" & "arm triangle" lights up at the "head" position ).

Now if we select "side control" on the right bar, the submission possibilities on the left dummy changes.

What is also awesome is that if you click on the submission moves itself, the site will have a pop up on how to do that move from the position you selected!

The videos are from youtube and mostly taken from submissions 101 channel.

This is a good website for people with no idea of grappling to see the possibilities of where a submission can happen from what position and for veterans to view & maybe think of a game plan.

Happy viewing!

* NOTE: FightBah would however like to warn you of potential danger of training a technique without supervision & will thus always advise that you find a proper instructor or dojo to supervise you when attempting these moves. For more info on BJJBorneo, you can check their facebook here.
