This is a centre for all the karate enthusiasms regardless of styles, schools, clubs, associations or ryu. Our objectives are to raise the proficiency and standards of the scientific art of Karatedo in Borneo to international level. We are here to guide and assist, wherever and whenever possible, the establishment and management of Karatedo Associations and Clubs throughout the state and members of the Borneo Island and to instil, promote and develop closer unity, friendship, goodwill, fraternity, co-operation and brotherhood among members & to encourage moral, intellectual and social advancement.
| The Objectives of the Association | |
| • | To encourage and promote the scientific martial art of karate so as to develop and maintain physical fitness and spiritual health in respect of discipline and patience; |
| • | To guide and assist, wherever and whenever possible, the establishment and management of Karatedo Associations and Clubs throughout the state and members of the Borneo Island; |
| • | To raise the proficiency and standards of the scientific art of Karatedo in Borneo to international level; |
| • | To promote, organise and participate in KARATE-DO Championships at district, state, regional, National and International levels; |
| • | To instil, promote and develop closer unity, friendship, goodwill, fraternity, co-operation and brotherhood among members and to encourage moral, intellectual and social advancement; |
| • | To secure the support of Government, the State Sport Councils and any other bodies financially; |
| • | To raise fund from the members and or public for the purpose of development of karate in Borneo. |
