Sabahan wins Silver medal at Thailand Open Grappling Competition.

Recently at the Thailand Open Brazillian Jujitsu Grappling Competition held in Bangkok, 2 Sabahan warriors went to represent our little land below the wind.

AXN: The Challenger Muay Thai Episode 7: Fight Recap 1 & 2

Not too sure why is Fight Episode 6 of the AXN Challenger Muay Thai not being shared on youtube or anywhere else on the net but in case you were wondering, the fight was between Jason Woodhem vs Mostafa Abdollahi. The winner of that fight was by Mostafa Abdollahi via KO.

Luckily Episode 7 saw 2 fights happening on the same day as it was a double elimination episode (since they were down to the last 4 fighters). Enjoy the video below:

Last Saturday saw 2 martial arts demo & seminar around KK. There was the UMS Japanese Fair where the Shorinji Kempo UMS Team did their demo.

Interview with Ryan Yong - 1st experience fighting Muay Thai.

 We hooked up with Ryan Yong who recently fought at the Muay Thai Charity Shield in KL hosted by the Persatuan Tomoi Gombak. It was Ryan's 1st experience fighting in an event bout. Ryan Yong, representing Sabah, a member of Kinabalu Fighters gym and sponsored by Furious Style Kickboxing gym, he won via 4th round KO against his opponent.
