Alpha Wolf Training Group in Tanjung Aru!

FightBah have recently meet a new training group called the: Alpha Wolf.

The Alpha Wolf are a group of individuals committed to the training of strength & conditioning via a weekly "bootcamp" held every Saturday 4:30pm at the Tanjung Aru Beach 3 area.

From the Alpha Wolf FB wall:

"We train individuals who are committed. Our Bootcamp is stricted to individuals who has the will,to suffer,to throw themselves all out into the fire,to overcome and to change. Our objective is genuine fitness. We use old ideas, and new ones. The training is difficult. There are no shortcuts. Physical and psychological breakdowns occur. Our culture, dedicated to The Art of Pain and Suffering.Above all Safety is our no.1 priority."

The Alpha Wolf training is about pushing to your limits but with the support and encouragement of all the members. No one is left behind & regardless of what training you do with this group, if you are the last guy trying to catch up, all the group member will wait for you to finish.

Training varies from cardio type exercises like jumping jacks, running 100 meters, pull ups at the playground to tire flips / tire drag.

The group only charges RM5 to join them each session & the only thing they ask from you is to not quit.

The attitude of the group is to give your 100% during training & no whining. This experience we ourselves experienced 1st hand when on the day of training saw thunder storm & lightning, half of KK city was flooded... but the group training goes on and no one complained.

If you think this group is "too hardcore", dont. The group is all about support. When you are the last, they will wait for you, when you cant carry on, they will support you. This group is all about team work!

The training of this group is good for people looking for general fitness or for martial artist who want to test their stamina or strength. But FightBah personally would like you to join the group simply because of the "Never give up" attitude and "team spirit"; the feeling that when you are weak or the last, but everyone is willing to support you makes this whole training experience fun! There's no ego here, just a team together!

Plus what's there not to like training in the beautiful beaches of Sabah?

If you are interested to know more about the group, feel free to check out their facebook website here.
