I've been suffering an injured left index finger for a very long time. The pain was caused by bad punching form during 1 of my old boxing classes. Injuries are a common thing in training, you probably get a lot of knee, joint pain, fingers or wrist pain from from grappling or striking class or might even have back problem from bad exercise form.
