The gym offers a variety of training:
Monday & Wednesday: Muay Thai with Raphael Meen @ 7-8pm
Tuesday & Thursday: Kickboxing with Julian Lee @ 7-8pm
Wednesday & Friday: Zumba with Jane @ 6-7pm
Saturday & Sunday: LesMills Sh'Bam by Chele @ 6-7pm
Saturday & Sunday: P.U.S.H. with Joanna @ 10-11am / 11-12noon
Monday: BJJ by Samuel @ 6pm
A monthly fee to 1 class is RM100/month for adults & RM80 for students (below 21). Walk in price is RM15/class for adults & RM10/class for students.
