Shorinji Kempo demo at Citymall Japanese fair.

Last Saturday ( 8th October) FightBah was at Citymall observing the Konnichiwa Japanese Fair.

The Sabah Shorinji Kempo group where there to perform a demo for the crowd.

We come to understand that this Shorinji group was comprised of Blackbelts from around Sabah like Shorinji Kempo Moyog, KK team and even 1 black belt from as far as Miri. This was so cool as it felt almost like an "All Star" gathering.

It was surprising to see that majority of the Blackbelts were of elderly age (most of them above 35 years) yet still very active in this art.

The Citymall crowd were later entertained with a simple choreograph technique demo:
